Seeing all of those yachts in one place is amazing. I'd love to watch a time lapse of the bay fill up with them. I assume some that appear to be rafted are using their bow anchors. Anyway, the whole thing boggles my simple mind.

If you ever get a chance to go, it is something to see. We were there last year as a cruise ship stop. Had to tender in. The main harbor was already closed so we had to go to the marina just to the west. Unbelievable sight to behold. IMG_2444.jpegIMG_2442.jpegIMG_2414.jpegIMG_2413.jpegIMG_2412.jpegIMG_2406.jpeg

I've been a F1 nut since growing up in South Africa and Monaco has always been the pinnacle of the season. About 5 years ago we visited there a few weeks after the F1 weekend and walked the entire track. Really gave us a different perspective of the race.

While there we were on the wharf when they backed in a mega-yacht. It seemed like the space was about 10-15 feet too narrow but they bumped that monster in a inch at time with all the deckhands, on all 3 boats, just maneuvering fenders up and down the hull sides to pop it in. Was so cool to watch. Funny, they let us stand right were the marina guys were catching the rear lines. I would've thought it would've been more secure.

Crazy end of the race right now….

It’s really insane there
I’ve been to the Monaco super yacht show and it was nuts the amount of mega yachts in the bay is mind boggling
