New to Club Sea Ray

Hello all,

Third owner of a 1990 250 Sundancer. Green boot stripe, beautiful lines.

Her transom core failed 8/2017. She's been out of the water 5 years, covered, motor (5.7, 171 hours) and drive (Alpha i Gen 2, NEW, not rebuilt, less than 45 hours) removed and stored in a heated garage.

Time has been tight, (work, grandkids, etc) but thinking about attempting a repair this year.

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome, she for sure looks like a good project and if all the mechanicals are like you say, that’s a bonus. Fixing transoms is above my pay grade but others on here will point you in the right direction. Best of luck!
