Official Searay 200 Thread

Hi,

Looks like i can join the club! Mine's a '92 200BR. A few pics can be seen in the link below. We've only had her since march, and lovin' the boat! Only been out 4 times.

Yours looks like a nice one, too!

2005 Sun Deck 200: Will it count?

Hi Guys,

I'm a new owner of a 2005 200BR with the 4.3 as I look around at others with the 5.0 MPI I find myself asking is it underpowered? What do you owners think? I hope I made the right decision. I love the layout of it.

I just bought this 1-owner 2003 bowrider. It has rained nearly non-stop here since I bought it so I haven't had it on the water yet, but I'm hoping mother nature will cooperate next weekend.

Peter!

Great to meet you Saturday! The boat looks great, and we enjoyed your company for the time we spent with ya. Sorry we had to get going, we only had about 45 minutes left to get a couple of more wakeboarding runs in before I had to get out and go pick up my son.

We'll let ya know about any raft ups coming up.

WOW Great lines!!! Well

Hello !

1995 200BR Signature - New Project

Poor covers, no other canvas or frames, no carpet, rotten plywood in rear seating area, rotten sunpad platform, plenty of mildew to go around, chalky fiberglass, creaky outdrive, etc..... wait a minute - why'd I buy this thing ?!

Because it's a great, solid Sea Ray with low hours, a good size boat, very nice to look at if I don't say so myself, (like We'll Sea's boat) a nice newer trailer, and an excellent price - when gas was north of $4.00 a gallon.

Most of the "renewing" is complete minus a full hull detailing, some professional canvas adjustment (got 5 new tops & covers) - and a few other small details - like placement of amp & subwoofer to go along with the new ipod/satelite control stereo and swimming speakers. (and lights ?!) One has to have their priorities in order !

Anyway - the maiden voyage was better than hoped for. It runs great, it seems V8 fast enough for me, it's noticebly smoother than lots of other smaller, lighter bowriders out there and sweetie-pie loved the sunpad ! I claim success !

If you guys will hang in here for a little while (and try to get some more participants) I will send some photos after I get a few more things done. And maybe I'll figure out how to make the avatar & sig photo, etc. hold still ....

Abba-do-day !!
