    Hello,
I am trying to find bedding for my 1989 Sea Ray 390. The bed in the main room is a very weird shape. Any recommendation on where I can find the sheets/bedding that will fit? Sorry, kind of a lame question.

We just use standard sheets that fit the width and tuck them under….. no need to get fancy

Welcome to the club, lots of good data, suggestions, and opinions here.
The odd shape of some (many) bow beds have been a lot of hassle for us, too. You can get ‘suspenders’ which attach to the sheet under the mattress to hold sheets in place. We used them, really liked them at first, then got sick of fiddlin’ with them to get them in place. We’re with @Blueone, get a sheet big enough to get a good tuck, and go to bed! The Admiral and I are both mature enough to abhor climbing around up in the bunks like we used to, so the Admiral came up with a novel idea….we have the bed made up with a really nice, nautical sheet for looks, and a bed time we roll out a double sleeping bag-style sheet set that we crawl into to sleep. Admiral created it by simple sewing two queen sheets together. In the am we fold up the sheet set and stow it under the bed, leaving the ultra-chic nautical sheet for ‘looks’. Really works great, sheet set easy to wash, and don’t have to keep ‘making up the bow bed’.

Used king size sheets with suspenders for years and last year the Admiral decided she wanted a zipper bottom sheet. So the underside part stays in place and the topside zips off for washing. The comforter was custom tailored from Bed Bath and beyond bed in a bag. 15.5 years ago I paid$75 for a custom tailered bedspread...

We bought king sized sheets from Bed, Bath and Beyond and had our canvas shop modify them to fit. Worked out very nicely. We also bought some custom sheets from Tiara which were expensive and not as nice. So I would go the B, B and B route again without hesitation.

I was in the same situation about a year ago and someone on this forum recommended:

    www.comfortcustombedding.com

They were great to work with and had the template for my boat on file. The sheets fits perfectly and are very comfortable - more so than the ones Sea Ray used to sell.
