In the US if you have received 2 shots, waited 28 days does this exempt you from: social distancing, wearing a mask, crossing the border back into the US and having to quarantine, having to produce a negative test to leave or return to the US. In Canada it seems those vaccinated are not exempt from any restrictions and are treated as if they never received the vaccine.

The rule in Michigan is you are exempt from wearing a mask if you have a medical condition that precludes it.

The SECOND I get the shot I will no longer wear a mask ANYWHERE as I would then have a medical condition (immunity) that precludes its necessity.

Like a lot of people on this site, I’m old enough and have a couple health conditions that potentially put me at higher risk for a bad outcome.

That said, I refuse to live in fear and hid away indoors.

Right, but if you're in the 2% that don't take the covid well -- it kinda sucks to be dead. The vaccine helps reduce the issues. If you don't like it, don't fkg take it. But don't shame the people who do.
