Wife all upset. Oh I liked it there, she says. The manager is not a boater, never owned one. Cant understand the concept of this is the same as my house. You do NOT just get on my boat. The guy was clueless and totally oblivious when I tried to tell him about “permission to come aboard “.
Warn your friends. They will enter your property, take what they want, move your boat. They act like a valet at a hotel. They don’t get it’s not the same.
Place going to hell. Went from open 7 days to 3 a week. Up for sale. Not surprised.

The Marina which owns the property and building already sold, if they are selling the resturant it’s the lease and contents

Did you actually witness them stealing? Legal matter if that's the case. Anything missing? I know they will board your boat to move it for raft offs. Some folks don't take kindly to that. Me included. I was there a few weeks ago and parked behind you.

Thanks for the heads up! I was planning to go there this Saturday. I probably will still go, but I will definitely keep my boat in my sight at all times. No one is getting on my boat without my permission.
