As a Bengals fan, I was hoping to see a Bengals/49ers superbowl. 49ers are toast. Hopefully the Bengals can hold up their end.

I had season tickets to the eagles when I Lived near Philly……I hated it I took customers down there and it wasn’t fun…. I always rented cars because there was no way I was taking my own…..today Philly greased all the poles….electrical and street lights…in anticipation they won…..Wtf…greased all the poles ?.
.that didn’t stop them…..if that gives you any idea…. Just a shit show

Wasn't planning on watching no matter who was in. I gave it up and they haven't proven to me that they deserve my attention again.
 
If they cut Mahomes leg off so I don't have to keep hearing about his "high ankle sprain" I may watch it.

"Pat’s meat was better. Geno’s bread was saltier than PATS MAYBE BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT I TASTED THE BREAD MORE AT GENOS BECAUSE THE LACK OF MEAT. Pats rolls were softer. Pats bread was better. Genos had more onions so I liked genos onions better. Genos was warm while pats was hot so I liked that. Overall: Pats is better than Genos."

Man you are bringing back memories… once a year I would take shop guys to the eagles game against the redskins (ya I said it)… they would all dress up in redskin gear…. Not good. I would hire a limo. The limo driver said oh this is not good… two of the guys Paul and Brian were huge dudes…. Farmer boys…. Super nice but don’t fuck with them…. We are in the seats good seats redskins score these guys cheer…. Philly fans I’ll never forget are coming down over people in the stands not taking the stairs walking over people to beat the shit out of my guys….. never seen anything like it….. Paul punched one then security swarmed us… it was something. Redskins won that game….. going back to the limo we were getting heckled big time….. we get to the car and a bunch of guys in a pack are coming across the parking lot…. We told the limo guy we should go…… limo guy takes off and these assholes come running throwing full beers at the limo…. Who the Phuck throws full beers…. Good times….. city of brotherly love is such bullshit

Vikings fan here, saw them play for the first time at Fed Ex Redskins field in the mid 2000s, Culpepper, Randy Moss days. Last game of the year, Skins were 4-11 if I remember, Vikings needed help to get into the playoffs. I am totally purple and yellow, down to my gloves, so is the ex-wife. I pull into the parking lot in my brand new 2004 F-150 Lariat, I am clueless, like I am parking at the mall. Redskin fans start yelling, throwing things, kicking the truck, banging on the windows, etc. while we are trying to park. We were both scared.

We make our way in, get to our seats, start watching the game, I go to the men's room. A Redskin fan literally threatens me while I am at the urinal. My focus was get out of here, safely, and back to your seat. I did, Vikings lost if I remember, no threats while leaving.

Fast forward to 7 weeks ago, same game, same field, no issues at all.
 
Took my kid to his first football game. He must have been 6 or something. It’s Bears vs Lions in Chicago. He decided he wanted to wear his Adrian Peterson Vikings jersey. I said “are you sure.” We get to the game and have to make the walk across the parking lot where all the tailgaters are. Boy did he get abuse. We get thru it and I said “you glad you wore that jersey.” “NO.” Learned his lesson though. :)
 
Not SB related but me and 3 buddies were out one night back in the early 90's when we were all 21 or 22. One was a golden gloves boxer that was about 6'4" 250 (Bill), Shawn who was about 6'1 180, Bud (my cousin) was about 6'1 200lbs, and me 6'0" about 210 (at the time). We were all bar fighters. So we were at an all night restaurant at about 2:00AM (Eat & Park) and had a little to drink. Bill went into the bathroom and this big guy comes in. My cousin says 'my buddy says he can take you'. He looks at me and Shawn and asks which one. Just then Bill comes out of the bathroom and asks if there is a problem. Big guy says nope and goes and sits down. Bill asked what that was about so we told him. He looked at Bud and said next time I'll kick his ass then kick yours...lol. Bill recently had a stroke and has a drug problem. Bud died about 3 years ago at 48 and Shawn drinks every night.
Bill entered a tough man competition and won locals. His brother Jack made it through the losers bracket and Bill made it in through the winners bracket. They were to face each other in finals and Jack forfeited saying he knew he couldn't beat his brother. Bill went to Detroit for regionals and broke ribs in training and finished 2nd in Detroit with broken ribs. Their 'protoge' just fought on Showtime but lost. His name is Rosalinda 'Rosie' Morales. Very nice kid. I coached him in football
