Swim ladder lock

I lost this sliding lock to hold ladder in place. I've searched the entire world and came up empty. Any thoughts? I have wire ties holding it up. 2009 330 DA

Perhaps not the most aesthetically pleasing but a black bungee from the frame up to the that grab handle would do the trick?
