I had some made up for my Chaparral a few years ago, that were NLA at a shop that does graphic printing for vehicles and such. They charged me $50 for 4 of them.

I just took a high resolution picture of an intact one one, did all the dimensional measurements, handed that to them and in 3 days, had the new ones and they were a perfect match and fit. They were even made from some sort of reflective material that looked OEM in daylight and lit up at night when light hit them. Super cool.
