Then that's not to you, a consumer. If you have a FFL your a FEDERAL FIREARMS DEALER and would not be buying a gun online subject to a 4473 like an average consumer.

I'll say it again for those in the back. You cannot buy a gun online and have it shipped directly to your home. It has to go to a FFL where you complete a 4473 and have a background check completed. How many guns have you bought online @Iprof?

So let me understand something as each state is different. You live in Michigan right? You have a Michigan gun permit right? As a permit holder you went thru the background check process right? So you just can’t have a gun shipped to you without going thru that process right?
