Not really a bug but I noticed that everyone has a little picture next to your username. Some are clouds, some are clounds with a sun. What is this and what determines what picture shows?

If you hover over it, it tells you what it means. No sun = offline with sun = online.

What it's using to determine this is probably determined by how long ago you visited a page.
