What is the height of a 1985 Sea Ray 360 aft cab ?

Yer definitely going to exceed 13'. Looks like you're just shy of 14' before you add in the radar and lighting...and that's if your keel were dragging on the road.

 

Haulers can get permits to haul most any height within reason. Some do not like to mess with them as it requires a little work. There have been many Sedan Bridges and Aft Cabins hauled coast to coast.

You need a different hauler....

My 2000 380 DA is 14’5” on the trailer to the top of the (cleared)arch. So like said above, your going be over 13’
