Who's gonna fix it?

Last night wife and I watching tv, Jeep commercial comes on, out in the freaking no mans land desert (as Jeep commercials do) and it’s for the Jeep EV.
Now, follow along. In the desert…. Not a town for a hundred miles… an electric Jeep…
Are… You… Farking…Kidding.. Me!!!
People believe this sh!t!!!
Wife says oh ya there’s gonna be charging stations.
And before you say there are no gas stations either. I can go 450 miles on gas, and a lot more carrying gas cans. In the desert. You (general term, not You reading this) are not carrying extra batteries.
Jeep doesn’t currently make an EV. When they do I’m getting one! Isn’t jeep funding charge stations on some of the trails?

in terms of service, tesla will send a service ranger to you. If they can’t fix it in your driveway they will send a tow truck to take it back for repair.

If you’re ever “forced” to buy an EV I’m sure your preferred car company will have a dealer nearby.

People need to understand why manufacturers are embracing EV’s.

It’s not demand. It CAFE standards and the gubberment.

When the regime changes policy will change.

As for that wrangler EV. I can’t see some yahoo off roading or rock climbing very far off the main highways.

Or outside of a shopping mall parking lot. Just like all those sky high lifted pick ups. I have hundreds of thousands of off pavement excursions and never once seen one off the pave.

My wrangler sees sand at least once a week. Sometimes three times a week. Usually with the top off and smiles all around. I’m never far away from a charge point.
