WI-FI signal for security cameras at a distance

We want to install a combined IP/POE and WI-FI camera system over an extended area.
The house currently has WI-FI but the router needs upgrading.
From the home we have a shop that is about 300 feet away and the barn/stalls about 200 feet away.
I'd like to install an NVR based 4 IP/POE cameras around the home, 2 WI-FI cameras at the shop, and 2 WI-FI cameras at the barn/stalls. There is power for the cameras at both the shop and barn.
I don't think we need PTZ, or audio feature cameras but all will need to be low light capable.
Lorex makes a good combined wired/wireless 4K system but they aren't clear on the wireless range.
The question is what would you recommend for a router system to accommodate?
Or, what would you recommend on a camera system? We do not want any cloud based systems.

For networking, I've been a fan of Ubiquiti Networks (www.ui.com)

My system accommodates gigabit fiber internet, and controls several AP's spread around the house (all powered via PoE switch). If you want to stay with one vendor their UDM Pro also has a NVR built in and allows for multiple cameras (but you have to use their cameras) including a pretty decent doorbell camera Which I use on my front door, again all PoE. They also make it easy to do point to point bridge networks.

They have an online system design tool, that if you have a pdf or google map of your property) lets you drop in all the hardware on the plan and build a BOM.

However, I have been using my QNAP NAS and a NVR. It has 8 camera licenses out of the box, and I have become a fan of Reolink cameras. Fairly capable and inexpensive. Reolink just came out with a PoE doorbell, and I ordered one to install on the back door, as I have access for installing a ethernet PoE to run it, instead of the usual doorbell power supply.
