Hey All,
I have owned my 2009 185 Sport for several years now. I've always winterized by pouring RV antifreeze through the hoses at the T-stat. I have the 6 port thermostat housing. Everyone has always recommended pouring AF into all of the hoses. I'm questioning whether that is really necessary. Shouldn't both the riser AND manifold fill when AF is poured through the riser hose? Last year I tried pouring it though the riser first expecting to see it come out of the manifold drain but, if I remember correctly, it ended up coming out of the exhaust instead. Thanks!
