Just got off the phone with the Hyatt. $446 per night, $471 W/direct water view. She is supposed get back to me with group rates and availability.

That sounds like in season rates. Make sure you know she knows when this is.

Voted! Unless @Skybolt or another local would suggest otherwise, I’m supporting the Best Western. It’s about $100/ night cheaper than the other two (I’m cheap). Plus, everything is walkable: from @Skybolt marina to Wells Cove. Actually, the Best Western is the most centrally located. I don’t need a room with a Marina/water view. We’re going to be at one of the bars along the water anyway. Or better yet drinking on someone’s boat
