That looks great. I have serious garage envy...View attachment 65167 Getting closer to spring and back into the water. I had the haul sanded and new bottom paint applied. Very happy with the results!

The amp for the cabin speakers is underneath the bed. Pull off the bed, both pieces, and I believe the amp is under the front portion (closest to the bow). The first portion (closest to the stern) will have the AC and bow thruster beneath it.Does anybody know how to access the front cabin speakers ? Also are these two speakers amped? If so where is the amp? I know the amp under the bench seat powers the deck speakers .....
Thanks !

Bow thrusters were offered on the 300 as well.Bow thrusters were put on 06 320s with Bravo III drives I guess as an option. There are a couple of them that boat near me.
Damn right! 07 320 with v-drives! I get shit at the dock every time I use it, but whatever!!You have a bow thruster on a 320?

This is a new to me boat. See picture below! How should I go about sealing up these holes beneath the electrical tape? (Should have taken a picture without the tape)
Also, what do you think was here previously?
Cheers to warmer weather here in Michigan!!!
Agree it was the Glomex TV antennaMy guess would be either a hailer, or Glomex. On one of my boats, I covered an old area like that with a round piece of stainless, and some 4200.

If you have the serial numbers, you can find the manuals and order them, that’s what I had to do. My IAC from a 3rd party was way more expensive than 2$, so I am guessing you only replaced the little squar piece of material (1/2” x 1/2’ at most/) on the inside? I’m not a mechanic, but I seem to recall they called it a muffler. My IACs died about 1-3 months after purchase, and all you can do is putt putt home because it keeps throwing smartcraft errors, so I would recommend you go buy 2 brand new IACs and install them, (I can do it, so any one can!). Even better, buy a third 6 months later and keep it as a spare. Also, buy fuel pump relays, I have gone through 3 and 2 harnesses (now, I cut off the harnesses and used 4 quick connects and an automotive 14v 40 amp relay, and have had zero issues since 2016 regarding fuel pumps)Guys,
Recently I had a mechanic over and he noticed I was missing an iac muffler on one engine. I bought two iac mufflers since they are only $2 each and he installed them on each engine. Anyway, now my idle rpms are not in synch. While in neutral I am at 720 on the port engine and 600 on starboard (fully warmed up). A couple questions, is idle speed an easy adjustment or complicated? Also, does anyone know the target rpms at neutral? I have 350 magnum 300hp v-drives in my 2004 320 DA, but I don’t have the manual for the engines. Thanks!!
