Sounds like there should be a trial to look at all the evidence. Maybe even a jury with witnesses and stuff. Oh wait…he definitely doesn’t want anything like that. He thinks he’s a King but he is just citizen Trump. Justice will run its course eventually!!! Actually they do pay on NATO. There's a cost to run the organization in addition to the 2% of GDP. Trump more often says they need to pay their 'fair share'. I can understand why. The following charts are improvements but still are lacking. Bush, Obama, and Trump have all pushed the allies to carry their fair share. Trump's style was more coarse, but he makes the point. Fact is our allies weaknesses put us at increased risk.
That 2% pledge is basically money each country is to spend on itself, 20% of that 2% is supposed to be spent on equipment. A lot of countries say they're meeting the 20% requirement but at the same time they are not meeting the 2% requirement, so they are but they aren't.
Are the other NATO members carrying their fair share of the load?
This is interesting, I want you to defend me but I don't want to have to defend you....hmmm. I wonder what this would have looked like prior to Putin attacking Ukraine.
