Has anyone here in the states added anything like this? I assume this helps get/keep the bow down? Even with full tabs down it would be great if my boat would run with the bow a bit lower...
A few of them are worn out (flipping unnecessarily). Also adding some additional equipment that I want to run through the panel, and I would like to have some spares on hand....
Thanks. Cole Hersee is, I think, the original manufacturer. I searched their site and couldn't find the same breakers. I'll do some more research tonight and report back. Thanks for all the responses.
Thanks everyone. Sorry I meant "Breakers..." I know the difference just wasn't thinking! I've tried all of the places you guys suggest with no luck... I'll try calling BOE and see what they can do. Pietro, I'll let you know if I find them.... Thanks.
Does anyone know where to get replacement AC and DC fuses as shown in the pictures below? I've searched on here, google etc etc. and haven't been able to find exact replacements....
As an aside, has anyone with the same, or similar, boat completely replaced the electrical panel with a modern...
Thanks Pietro. I've been through your thread a million times. Boat looks amazing. Part of the inspiration to finally get started on mine... Any pointers with the headliner replacement/hull liner replacements? I know you said in another thread that you used sunbrella, do you know what exactly...
Thanks. I'll check it out. I knew about the potential for the portholes to leak on our boats but I haven't had any problems with that (and I've been very vigilant about checking them). Actually about to replace all 4 portlights as part of the update... Hopefully I can replace them and...
Thanks. Did it have a foam backing? I'm looking at a few kinds; most only have a slim backing, and others (without the same color choices have a 1/4" foam backing)...
What did you use to get all of the residue from the old stuff off the ceiling? I pulled my old carpet off today; left a...
I've begun the process of redoing the interior and got started today by removing the "ceiling" in the forward berth. Found a wet spot behind the covering (see in the picture, the black area between where the two bow rail stanchions are thru-bolted). Was only moist, not "wet", and now two hours...
I'm currently debating buying one of the "overpriced" ones. Still debating whether its worth it or not but I've requested quotes from four suppliers that do custom foam mattresses. Certainly overpriced, but they'll also provide custom sheets etc. and an 8 or 9" custom mattress sounds...
Looks great!
You've inspired me... I'm in the very early stages of starting the long process of restoring/remodeling mine.
Just created a blog to chronicle it. Hopefully my blog will start to look more like yours in the next few weeks.:smt001
Good luck with the restoration.
I'm about to begin redoing everything on the interior of my boat - - I'll start a separate thread with pictures etc. on that - - but has anyone replaced the wood/paper tambour doors with one of the metallic finishes available?
Such as the "polished black metallic tambour" here...
