exhaust manifolds showed no visible pressure on a 0-15 psi glycerin filled gauge. so either i have live with this weaker engine or pay someone to redo everything i already tried.

i swapped KS from the strong engine to the week engine, no change, i have a HVS distributor (flat cap) this cap only controls phasing, the crankshaft sensor controls the timing i think, not an expert; thats why im asking

thankfully the machine screws still had the nuts attached inside the bilge, so i was able to turn them right out. screw length was 2". i prepped the surface of both the hull and exhaust outlet. 3M 5200 and new screws, im back in action
i have 3 sheared off 1/4-20 machines screws in the hull. one screw was holding on the underwater exhaust outlet. anyone with experience with re-attaching it? or how the factory attaches them?
