    Fixed it till it broke

Nice to know that. VVM was installed and you guessed it...just the 4 codes for missing sensor inputs that everyone describes and blocks. However, it hasn't done the beep/stop since VVM was installed. Would think if it had a code it would have stored it no? I will keep the CPS in mind if...

    Fixed it till it broke

well, the quick beep and dies when idling in the marina is back. Starts fine, runs great, just when i'm at idle in N or no wake through the harbor, quick "beep" and she dies. VVM is on order so it will be interesting to see what codes she's throwing. I'll report back with finding in a few...

    Alpha One Trim Limit Switch

Could be a couple of things. Take the cover off and inspect. ***before doing this mark each orientation*** Might simply be dirty and need a cleaning. Clean the contacts and pack it with dielectric grease. If that doesn't do it, based on the age of the boat it could be the wires running up...

    Corinthian Aquaweave question

I would find it very hard to believe that the aquaweave in a light color gets that much hotter than anything else...but then again, never tried it before.

Changing spark plugs in a 2003 225 Weekender

Those are the same plugs my 2003 called for. They are no longer available. I went with the Iridium plugs from NGK below. Do not mess with the GAP. Here are the wires. 1 × Sierra 18-8828-1 Wiring Plug Set Replaces 84-863656A1 purchased from Wholesale Marine Here are the plugs. NGK Iridium...

Changing spark plugs in a 2003 225 Weekender

Just did wires, plugs and rotor/cap. This is on a 5.0 MPI in a SD. Wasn't fun, can't see shit and plumbing is in the way. I was able to do the plugs without seeing them. Standard 5/8 socket worked find with an extension. Put them in the socket and you'll be able to thread them all the way...

    Corinthian Aquaweave question

I sent an email to Corinthian and never heard back from them. I was talking to another member here about weave and he gave me a price. Just wanted to get a price back from them. Do you know if they monitor the site?

Looking to buy an '03 Sundeck 220

Have one and love it. Check for spiderweb cracking in the gelcoat around stress risers like Bimini mounts and windshield. Common in all boats but just make sure they're not too big or deep. Honestly, not much to really check out on them. if you're interested in putting trim or smart tabs...
