I would replace the pump with a new water cooled totally in-closed unit, your current unit is not worth repairing you want reliability

Had both Q-Jets rebult by well known rebuilder, reinstalled & made the proper adjustments, when restatriing the engines after a week both engines require 10 to 15 sec. of cranking, is this normal, after the engines warm up to temp, they restart all day long ! Some say it's the fuel evaporating...

did you check the 120 vac fuse on the power supply board ? it may be soder to the board, I replaced mine with a remote fuse block type holder it should convert 120vac to 24 volts

Had a well known carb rebuilder service both my carbs, had problens with both carbs one leaked fuel around the fuel filter inlet the other leaked fuel into the prymairy causing the engine to flood, sent both back they did pay the freight, the fuel leak was repaired, the other carb still leaked...

I have issues with the same panel, do you know what size fuse is used for the control board, and what is the resistor color code located just above and to the right the fuse. Thanks

correct 10/3 triplex (2) circuits running new one length cable from the inlet to the main dist panel breakers

I will install all new one length cable 10/3 (2) 30 amp 120vac services using the current main breakers located on the main distribution panel. rather than run shore power cables on the outside of the boat they will be on the inside.

I am relocating the shore power on a 1989 390ec. adding a 12ft length to the current 10 ft length Is an aditional main circuit requireed located next to the shore power inlet? I know all new boats require a breaker, ABYC , seems redundant, the marina has 30amp circuit protection to the boat...
