I talked to the folks at JL Audio. They are coming out with rgb lights next month! Perfect timing!

I’m an old hand at the locks. We’re parking it in Tacoma temporarily. Hopefully running it down Saturday. It’s been a snow fest here.

Ours has the ladder. The picture is our boat. I haven’t taken delivery yet because of the snow.

What fusion head unit is the best?

I guess you can wake surf off the back of our 550 but the music is for raft up and cocktails n floating or dancing.

Our new boat has no stereo and looking at spending some money on a nice one for the first time. I see both WetSounds and Jl highly recommend at the boat show last night. I want the led lights that sync as well. What manufacturer would you recommend if you were at a clean slate?

Well the survey went well. Paperwork was signed and boat units were exchanged. She’s going to be ours Monday. All she really needs is the new name and a stereo. The only radio onboard is the vhf.

I talked to a cat senior technician I know about a boat powered by 3196. Quote these were dark days for cat. Unless you want to spend lots on coolers or rebuilding it’s easier to find another boat. I opted for some screaming Jimmies. I’m glad someone is having good luck with them. Tim

I would avoid the 3196 cats. Lots of issues.

FYI Dancing Queen is the name we chose for our next boat after my wife.

The boat will be kept inside the lake in Seattle. We cruise Puget Sound and Canada time permitting. Actually bought the boat without knowing that it likely has a cored hull.
