I did a rebuild now my buddy who has the same boat brought me his and he has scored up the jet ports on his. I will post some picks maybe you all can give him some advice on possible machineing it or some help on finding a new one.

Took the boat out Thursday Friday and ran it hard. Runs great and purring like a kitten carb kit and fuel pump was the fix.

LOL I just got your reply. Yes my Admiral was pissed because I rebuilt mine right here at the table yesterday. Going to test it out tomorrow because I bent up the fuel pump line and replacing that tomorrow. So I am with you on the $65 and my time. If it fixes it Im good and if not then more...

Ok so new fuel water filter, new plugs, new oil, new fuel, new distor cap and rotor, carb rebuilt, now waiting on a fitting nut tomorrow to install a new pump and the final test will be tomorrow. So the test will be the new pump hoses and carb rebuild tomorrow.

The fuel / water filter was done first this year so she is new. As for the inlet from my fuel line to the carb I have removed it and the stainer is perfect. I have sprayed carb cleaner into the venturi and body not fix. So I am on to the carb rebuild.
