If you ran the boat before putting a/c on: you may have an air bubble at the pump. Leave the a/c off, loosen the hose clamp so that a small amount of water can leak into bilge, while at the same time have someone else start the a/c. If pump comes on, you can tighten clamp. If pump makes no noise...

I have a 370 Sundancer-1996. There is a gfi under the left side of mirror behind head. It faces down so you need to almost kneel to find it. Good luck Fitz
