Thanks everyone, I will try to do it properly with fiberglass and epoxy. I'm only worried about tose holes that are deep because there is a layer of wood behind. Anyway I will figure out something, at least it doesn't have to look pretty as it won't be visible

@PlayDate this is a picture of the transom: There seems to be a number below the inboard whole, but not readable from the image. If I find out what that number is, where can I get the details of the boat?

I'm about to buy a Sea Ray project boat - the seller claims it is a Sea Ray 200 srv, however, I can't find any similar images of the type online. In fact when I search for Sea Ray 200 srv, the boats I hit look different. Can anyone recognize this model? Any info would be much appreciated...
