I bought a used boat from a local boat rental place in Page AZ. the engine looked beautifully kept. However, I did not notice that the steering wheel is half broke and probably the steering cables and helm. I didn't pay much, but I need to get that fixed as it is a safety hazard when launching loading or docking and in close or tight areas on the lake. I have had it out on the lake and I am the only one launching, so this makes it hard to steer. Yeah I was suckered, but Like I said I didn't pay much and I am mechanically inclined.
