I use a quick detail spray and microfiber cloths after i wash the boat and dry it. you wax something black then you see all the wax dust. Maguires makes one it works really well you can get it at wal mart or auto stores. black is a job not a hobby. Good luck

Hey 727 it sounds like his muffler bearing has siezed up. Maybe a dirty prop and he needs that prop wash kit from west marine or from other fine boat supply stores

does new oil have water in it now that it has run. could the oil been contaminated when it was changed last year. or could it be condinsation from storage?

APOLENTINI call raymarine repair mine went bad. i called them they said to send it to them and they most likely would send me a new one. i got a brand new one. i think with frieght it was $70. had it back in one week.That was 9 months ago. and i think it came with a new cradle.

is radio on circuit breaker and fuse check grounds. Heat will be in a minute area maybe on a circuit board in the radio. maybe you have a weak circuit breaker. take your remotes out of the circuit un plug them see if problem goes away. got a ohm meter when it quits check for power check...

check your area for a Parker or aeroquip dealer i know there are some north of clifton. there just standard JIC fittings. take your old ones and they will copy them. i am sure burlington should have a hyd repair shop also. Good luck. they also would have plugs and caps

:huh:when you checked voltage you did use the ground circuit for the radio? Maybe you have a loose ground or a dirty ground. I fixed a friends boat that did that with a GPS unit found bad grounds good luck
