Nvm we found that the bilge isn’t working and I assume the condensation from the AC is going to that bilge and it’s not pumping anything.. does anyone know if it has a manual override if it’s just the float
Problem solved. Bad connection on the center bilge and the AC condensation was getting...

There is a buzzer that keeps sounding.. sounds like a buzzer on a old dryer..
My husband thinks it’s the depth finder but we shut it off and still heard the buzzer.. no water in the engine bay so it’s not a bilge alarm.
Any ideas? TIA
First thing, I confirmed the sound I was hearing all night was indeed the AC pump and it’s working properly.. just me getting used to all the sounds and what they mean .. secondly, I found the source of water in the bilge.. which is a crack in the raw water housing on the starboard motor. Once...
Great news! I found it (myself!!, yes female ) it is a cracked raw water pump housing on the starboard engine. Which we already planned on replacing on both engines and have one on the boat and will be replacing it this weekend! Once we replace that I’ll suck up all the water and make sure there...
We plan to do the blue rag trick starting tomorrow to see what we fine and also go through and tighten all fittings we can reach since we did take that 7 hour cruise and there was some drift in the river that we bumped a few times. Hoping to leak isn’t anything we will have to have the boat...
This was suggested to us as well by a few others, is this something that can be reached in the 340 with twin 7.4 very easily? I know the shaft seals are not simple to reach
We are on a fresh water river so I don’t think tasting it is going to do me any good on this one. But I have another post on here that has given me a lot of places to start so we will try trouble shooting this weekend tracking it down. My fresh water tank has yet to go down over the last 2 weeks...
i have lifted this hatch before and we did see the bilge so I am aware of where you are talking.. We are anxious to get down to the boat on Friday and roll up our sleeves and start problem shooting for this as well as tracking down our slight water leak in the engine bilge area.
Thank you! So I assume if it is the AC pump running all night it is normal for it to run while the AC is running/trying to keep up with the temp it is set to.. sorry I’m not the mechanically sound one in the relationship and sometimes my husband doesn’t like to answer my “make me feel better...
i feel like it was a humming noise very loud in that lower bed, but you could also feel a vibration as well so I could just be thinking too hard about it now. I will rule out the fresh water pump this week. Thanks for your help. I will report back just for others to reference
Not the vacuflush. I have learned that sound. My husband also said it is the pump for the air conditioner, is it normal for it to run almost constant all night long, shutting off only a few times and for only a min or so.
Only reason it concerned me is we are also tracking down a leak in the...
