Same size hole for the receiver but more than likely different connectors so you will probably have to splice the wiring harness. My clarion had the IPOD connection on the back, so I got the extension cable and drilled a hole next to the receiver in the glove box for the USB port.

I swapped out my stock Clarion with a newer Clarion and I had to splice the wiring harness, as they had different connector to the back of the receiver.

Hopefully they credit you back for the TPS that was not needed.

Check with searay-parts website. I found several stock parts from them.

I changed my seats out the the Attwood Avenir Sports. They have same hole alignment as stock, so it was mostly an easy swap. If you can't get your hands on Attwood, just make sure of your measurements so you can still swivel your seats.

Our local Searay dealer said it has the same hull as the 185 with a different top. I believe it comes with either the 3.0 or the 4.3 fuel injected. I would recommend the V6.
