Wow! Thanks to all for the quick response. I suspected the props. Surveyor said the props were correct for this boat, I didn't ask what props were best for it. And the bottom will get a wash down soon.

Just got the 340 EC, twin 454's, drove it home and was disappointed in the rpm/gpm/speed ratios. I ran it at 3200 rpm for 4 hours, burned thru about 240 gals and averaged 18 kts over land (GPS). I was told we should have burned half as much fuel with a speed of 24-26 kts. Not sure if the Tabs...
