Has anyone ever replaced the inside panel on their 460 windshield? The frame around our windshield vent is thoroughly corroded and I would like to just replace the whole thing if possible. Anyone else have this issue?

Have several eisenglass snaps in our windshield on our 460 that appear to have snapped off with the rivet inside. Is there a tool to remove/replace the rivets that are installed inside the windshield? For clarification, they used to be the male side of the snap that is now just a flat spot...
