That looks awfully close, but mine actually slides out about 12 inches and then folds out into the water. The ones I'm finding online are fixed onto the deck and don't have that sliding capability. It's looking like I'll have to go to the dealer....or try to retrofit something onto the platform :(

Sorry, but I don’t know the exact answer to either of these questions. I believe there are only a few hundred hours on the engine. I don’t know the exact engine other than a Mercuiser 5.7 I wish I knew a little more about the guys of the engine, but I don’t.
