Okay that's a vacuum switch, Do they go bad or is there a root cause? I don't suppose it's possible that it's clogged and simply holding a vacuum? I imagine that would have to be a serious clog to do that.

I have the starboard forward design, yes the lights are on. Even with the different design I guess that means I have another vacuum tank probably in a similar spot which would make sense.
