Yeah I work on my own stuff pretty much . Out of the water with the muffs on put it in gear and sound fine revved up to 3k rpms just some slight vibration but in the water at slow speed ran not bad . Just dont know where to start looking . Taught could be the prop slipping or something

Looking for advice before bringing it to the dealer . Just took it out on the water and sluggish and not picking up speed . And some vibration. Cant think what it can be any advise on it . Is a 5.0 mercruiser carb with alpha 1 outdrive .
