Art quoted a 2 month backlog when I shipped my panel to him but I received it back within 6 weeks. I don't know what exactly they did to repair it but they had clearly removed the back of the panel to access the circuits.

Pry it out gently. Once away from the ceiling mine had sufficient wire that I could pull down to unplug. Doesnt seem like you can access the bulb itself to replace it but maybe others can tell us how to do that if its possible?

I just bought a 2008 330 and have the same problem. Actuator brought the bed down flat and promptly stopped working. Is there a way to override the actuator and move the bed manually? Any thoughts would be much appreciated! Thanks, Jeff
