Yes, its the right drive that is connected. From what ive read here im guessing i didnt go in far enough. Now that i know ill hit metal and not break anything ill try that. If that doesnt do it ill look for the tube. Anyone know what size bit?
I use both the hard wired "safe t alert" and also the one I bought at Home Depot. They were both going off. I replaced the batteries we'll see what happens. I dont have a low battery alarm.

Thanks for all of your input. My detector is only a year old. The batteries did get low on water this winter. Im replacing the batteries in the morning.

I have a CO alarm that will go off at the dock for no reason, usually around 0400:smt013! Nothing is running on or around me. The latest time was last night and when I docked the boat I opened the hatches for at least 4 hours. Any thoughts? I replaced the alarm last year and it does not go...
I'm looking to save fuel and use the boat at hull speed with one engine. Both engines have a power steering pump hooked up but only one is in use. Can I plug them both in or use a valve to switch back and forth. The goal is to idle out on the stbd engine with power steering and idle back on...
I have the boat your looking at and love it. I use it all year round and enjoy it. It's a boat, your going to have problems... Does it have the original engines? I'd check the hours on them, if your around 1200 hours your looking at a replacement. It's a very comfortable boat for 2 people...
