Check Engine comes on, goes away at 3000rpm???

I have an 04 sea ray 220 select with a 5.0 mpi mercruiser. The check engine light has come on, two beeps every minute. Oil pressure and temp looks good, along with battery. When increasing RPMS to about 3000 the check engine alarm goes away. What could be causing this??

I did notice water psi at idle is reading .5psi

Good call, the float was getting high enough with the bow up at 3000 rpm. This fixed it. Just bought the boat a week ago used from a private party, still getting used to everything. Thanks for the help!!
