I have all the duck bill valves and a new plunger, etc. because my vacuum is running all the time. My question is would you replace that stuff while the unit is on the boat or would you take the vacuflush unit out of the boat, replace everything, and then put it back in? Pretty tight either way, wondering what you guys have done?

In the boat... be there, done that.
To take the whole unit out of my boat, i would likely have to remove the port motor riser at least.
