Kohler 5ECU starts runs 20 seconds and stops

Trying starting with the Gen under a load. Turn on your water heater and have the switches on the main panel set to the generator setting not the shore power setting. If it starts and runs it could be Capacitor or Stator board or the stator.

Does anyone know of a certified Kohler mechanic in the Atlanta Georgia area?
