Looks like the 2 reservoirs are missing their caps. Other than that, don’t see anything other than that Honda that’s obviously just stored in the bilge until it can be properly deployed on the swim platform.

And the cord tied to the handle is just there for when they put it in a dinghy and tow it behind the boat...

The rope tied to the Honda is so that when the boat explodes, the Honda won’t fly too far away and hurt someone.

The black line looped around the Honda handle is tied to the remote oil filter hoses.

It has the log style exhaust and my have water intrusion. lol
