I have to replace both cylinder heads on a 2003 sundancer 260. Any idea what that should cost? Parts and labor?

It might help if we knew what motors you have in the boat....

Do you know the casting number on you heads?
Are the castings past the point of a valve job?
R and R 8 to 10 hours depending if other issues pop up.

Unfortunately your in a tough spot. (I was there to) the cost of replacing these motors is so “low” that a job like this starts to be impractical. Replacement heads are about $800 each. With labor and additional parts you quickly get over $3,000.
Or do what I did. Replace them yourselves. I’m marginally mechanical but will say it was the most fun I’ve ever had with a wrench. These engines are beautiful and with the ECM controlling everything its hard to mess it up.
I had local cylinder head shop replace just my castings but reuse the original GM valves, springs and rocker arms. (Eng only had 600 hrs) so engine has all original specs and GM quality. ( coast was about $750 total)
Look at https://www.1aauto.com/how-to-repla...350-5.7l-small-block-chevy-engine/video/11721
This was all I used.
Have fun.
