Head Dorr Latch Spring Broken - Soutchco Mobella Parts?

The little spring (similar to below but has hooks on end) that pushes the tab out broke and cant find the part. Spoke to Southco and FP marine and basically have to buy a $115 handle set to get $0.50 spring. Anyone have any ideas? I've looked far and wide.

I just ordered the latch bolt spring for the 5312/8 Trioving lock on the door to the salon. Advantec Manufacturing. $4.50

I thought FP sold the guts..... I am positive I did that to replace the spring...it was around $50.... either way.....you have to do it....just don’t go out for lunch that week
