Customer Service at its Finest

I have to give Hull Stripes a huge shout out! I asked Bill at Hull Stripes for a quote last week for new boot stripes for our “new to us” 420DA. He sent the quote the next day and then I asked for samples. A few days later a color chart arrived. Yesterday, we decided to pull the string and ordered. This morning, I got an invoice via PayPal and paid it around 9am and asked to have them shipped ASAP telling him “I know everyone makes this request.” I got an email today at 1:39pm that they had shipped complete with tracking info. They will be delivered on Saturday. Incredible how some businesses still think Customer Service/Support is important and others could care less.
