Winning!!!

If Trump had not added her Biden would have made an appointment after the election now unfortunately he will add 2 to the SCOTUS.

Exactly what whiny babies do -- rig the game when they don't win.
They will say it is the President's choice to expand the court but it's up to congress to approve it. I do believe the whining has been going on already.

You mean like Mitch McConnell did when he said a jurist of the SCOTUS should not be appointed in the final year of a Presidents term.

McConnell did what he did because he had the votes to do it. Trump was able to appoint judges because he had the votes and if Biden takes the White House and the Senate as it appears he will have the votes to expand the SCOTUS. Its all about having the votes to do it. Neither side has the right to whine about it. I'm just pointing it out whether I think either is right or wrong I've really not decided. But I do believe if your going to make a stand on a point you don’t change your position because it's now being used against you.

Actually, the Repulicrats of that era where morons (and those remaining still are). They should have simply said we have control, so we aren't confirming, like happened on 5 previous occasions.

You are right, they had the votes and they had history and precedence on their side. To expand the courts goes far beyond precedence...

By the opposite party. There is a difference...

Add: You sound like a parrot of MSNBC...

I believe that he also said something similar to "when there is divided government" at the time. Obama was President, and the Republicans had the Senate. They simply refused to provide "consent" which is their role in the process as per the Constitution.

So what Mitch meant (and every rational person understood at the time) was that the we needed the election to break the deadlock. Hillary lost, and the deadlock was broken. The system worked as designed, and there were no rules changed or broken in the process.

The facts matter.

"A retired college professor".....figures! I guess thats what happens when you been smoking too much of that lefty "medicinal" marijuana....your thinking becomes warped after your brain turns to mush
I can’t think of hardly anything he’s said I agree with except what you apparently don’t agree with.

I don’t see how anyone can say she isn't an outstanding choice.
