Hi all,
Our newly installed 16000 BTU AC/Heater is working great for summer Air Conditioning but runs us out with heat in the winter. Lowest I can set the remote or state room control is 61. Can this be set lower?

I was hopeful I could lower the temp to 55F in heat mode when were not there.
Right now I have temp sensor in front of intake filter. I'll try moving it to the main cabin. Thanks

So I ran the wire into galley area of salon. Lowest setting available is still 61F. I'm hopeful someone will tell me how to program the unit to go as low as 55F or lower while in heat mode.

Maybe it' time to call Webasto to walk you through this. I have never tried to set below 65, so I cant help. I don't think you will see much difference in your electric bill between 61 and 55.

Yup, My thoughts too. 61 in winter? Way to much heat. Wheres the snuggling under down comforters at that temp.

61 is the lowest on these units. I have 2 now installed and love them. I had to move my temp sensor away from the sides of the boat and now about 3 ft in and the temp holds exact to a remote temp gauge a have on the other side of the room.

Thanks for your responce, Now hopeful for response from a Wabasto rep on how to lower setting below 61F.
