Nelson, I noticed the water marks in aft cabin. I have similar and wonder if my boat was sunk once but don’t know previous owner so I have no way of knowing. Any explanation why your aft cabin walls have those marks?
I paid for a boat history and said no accidents but not necessarily would catch everything. I did notice that the back window was open and there were some expected leaks because the door is wood and not really sealed like modern glass doors are. it must have sat in a covered portion somewhere but the back seat has alot of cracks on it so I assume that it was exposed on the stern. I googled the previous owner an old man who passed in 2017. I figured it sat for a while after he no longer could use it. still overall she in great shape and I feel lucky to have been able to get her
congrats I'll be taking her out Saturday after the mechanic finishes her up looking good this weekend
