'99 310 Dancer w/ vdrives. Last year I noticed at my port side steering support base, that there are 2 visible vertical cracks in the epoxy coating that have brownish stains and water seepage coming through. The water is then puddling up in the "trough" at it's base. Has anyone ever seen this on their boats? Also, the epoxy is cracking right behind the port side seacocks and water seems to be seeping through there as well. Any ideas?

Sea Ray sprays that gray gellcoat all over the inside for looks.
I wouldn't normally worry about little cracks in just the gray coating as long as the glass underneath is solid, but keep an eye on them.

The brace block is more worrisome, typical inside chopper gun application to little glass on the corners and now they split.
And where is the water from? Does that area of the bilge get water from time to time that it could have soaked in?

Either way, now I would cut the face off of that block and check the wood thoroughly. Dig it out and repair it if necessary. See where the after is coming from. If not coming from inside rebuild it and re-glass it.

Thanks Pat, I just bought the boat last year. I don't think that area of the bilge gets wet from the outside and the hull was surveyed last spring. He said it was good. Not sure why the water stains are brownish or rust colored either.

Water turns brown because either there is a steel brace in there or the wood is rotting.
