New boat owner Searay 270- Lake Pend Oreille

Hi all, just placed my boat in its slip last week. Power and water provided at dock. It’s an old boat (1996) with a mercruiser 454. 1300 hours which is a lot but maintained well with records . Reviewed the survey and few to any problems. Last owner only put 50 hours on it last season. Columbia River. Boat only has seen fresh water. Looking to pull it out replace anodes and gear lube . Speedometer not work, light on vacuflush to tell when full not working. Any other items I need to keep an eye on with the age and number of hours on this old girl..thanks
