My vent window shattered. Looking for a vent window for my 2005 320. I looked at the 310, and it appears it may be the same window. Seay Ray only sells the complete middle window and not going to pay around $1,200 when I only need the little vent window.

If the window is bowed, you're likely going to need to go through your dealer or possibly the window manufacturer since it's proprietary. Is it TaylorMade? Look on the larger pieces of glass - the manufacturer should be printed there in a corner. The only other possibility would be to search around for a used part... which will be very time consuming.

I just Googled custom cut glass near me and 20+ shops popped up. You don't indicate your location in the profile but if you are around a metro area I'm sure you'd be able to find someone with the ability to make a replacement.

Ya, it's Taylor Made. I even called them and they said its made exclusively for Sea Ray, and I have to go through them. Even though I gave them all the numbers, and description listed on the window. I called Sea Ray, and they only sell the whole middle window, which would be a total waste of money. I then asked if they would give me the exact dimensions, and at that point I never heard back.

According to the parts manual, yes, that is correct - the center windshield is one part number. You may have to do some more of the legwork - see if Taylor will make just the lower glass and then sell it to you through SR. If they'll do that, then they should be able to give you information that you can then pass along to your dealer to order it. You could check again with your dealer, though - see if they can do that legwork for you... which would probably be best done in person at the dealership.

In the meantime, even though it won't fit perfectly when closed, you can get by with cutting a piece of plexi that you can get from HD or Lowes or Mcmaster.
